Returns & Exchanges

At SAAB Moulded Furniture, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the furniture items you wish to return.

  Verification & Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our return criteria and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup for large moulded furniture items or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After receiving the items at our warehouse, we will perform a final inspection and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
